Support Groups

Every 2nd & 4th Monday of the month, we host support groups for peers & for family. These meetings are held in separate rooms to create an atmosphere of authenticity and confidentiality.

  • Peer Support Group: a support group only for those those living with mental illness. No family, caretakers, or friends are in these meetings. A separate support group for family is available at the same time in a different room.

  • Family Support Group: a support group for family, partners and close friends of adults living with a mental illness. A separate support group for those living with mental illness is available at the same time in a different room.

Share problems you are facing and learn how others have dealt with the same issues. In a confidential environment, share your concerns and ask questions about housing, medications, government programs, therapists, and anything else troubling you. You can talk with no fear of stigma or shame. No registration, just walk in. You will be welcomed.

Hosted at the NAMI Luzerne-Wyoming Counties Office in Kingston. Starts at 5:00pm
