Education for you and your family

One of the biggest obstacles in facing mental health is fighting misconceptions and misunderstandings. NAMI of Luzerne-Wyoming Counties can help remove the myths about mental health through events, online resources, and support groups.

NAMI isn’t just for those living with mental illness — we are here for your loved ones, too! Thriving with mental illness is only possible with the love and support of your close family and friends, we’re here to comfort your family and equip your closest companions to be an advocate for you.

Regular Support Groups. Every 2nd & 4th Monday we host a support group for peers living with mental illness, and a separate support group for family members. Check out our events page for more details.
